2019 Season Preview

The numbers are up from a year ago, which is a very good sign. With just one senior with varsity experience in the room, it will be a young, but enthusiastic team.

Four starters return for the Raiders highlighted by the duo at 170/182 in senior Shane McCahon and junior Shane Zimmerman. The pair both surpassed the 20-win plateau a year ago, combining for 46 wins. They'll both push each other in the room as they aim for big things in 2019. They'll also look to be a big influence on a pair of youngsters breaking into the uppwerweights in sophomore Sean Paul and freshman Jack Eikens.

The other returning starters in the lineup are sophomore Tyler Disbrow in the lowerweights, and junior Sal Tornetto in the middle. Both will be looking to take the next step this season after getting their first year of varsity under their belts a year ago.

As mentioned, this will be a very young team. The Raiders will look to keep improving as the season rolls on, while looking to get their wins against teams of similar size on the schedule.
